The day-to-day operations of the DecentraTech Collective are run by an Executive Director and a CMO, assisted by a small salaried and volunteer staff. Peter Harris

​Co-Founder & Executive Director

​Pete Harris has 40+ years of business and technology experience, focusing in recent years on business applications of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. He co-founded the Austin Blockchain Collective in 2018. In 2021 he co-founded The DecentraTech Collective whose mission is to accelerate the understanding, development and adoption of decentralization technologies to address fundamental business challenges and opportunities. 
 
Pete is Founder and Principal of Lighthouse Partners, Inc., a boutique consulting firm that works with global IT innovators to advise and execute on business strategies related to transformational technologies. 

Jen Massing Harris

​Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

​Jen Massing Harris is Co-Founder and CMO of the DecentraTech Collective. She brings almost three decades of marketing strategy and public relations experience to this key role.  Jen is also Founder of Massing PR, LLC, a New England-based marketing strategy and public relations firm.
 
She began her career in New York City at Spring O’Brien and then served as Vice President of PR & Marketing at the first financial analytics cloud provider The BEAST.com. She subsequently opened the US operation of Write Image (now Metia) before founding Massing PR in 2002. 

Dustin Byington

​Co-Founder, Austin Blockchain Collective & Advisor

Dustin Byington is a FinTech entrepreneur who began his professional career at Goldman Sachs before focusing on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. He co-founded the Austin Blockchain Collective in 2018. The Austin Blockchain Collective’s mission was to accelerate the understanding, development and adoption of blockchain, Web3 and cryptocurrencies by tapping into the vibrant Austin business ecosystem.
 
Dustin is the co-founder and CEO of T12.ai, an equity management service. He is a former President of Wanchain and a co-founder of Tendermint.
