Peter Harris

​Co-Founder & Executive Director

A veteran technologist with 40+ years of experience, Pete Harris focuses on the business application of transformational technologies. He co-founded the Austin Blockchain Collective in 2018, which served as the strategic precursor to today's global initiative. In 2021, he co-founded The DecentraTech Collective to accelerate the adoption of decentralization technologies (DePIN, DeAI) to address fundamental business challenges.
Pete is also the Founder and Principal of Lighthouse Partners, Inc., a boutique consultancy that advises global IT innovators on business strategy and market adoption.

Jen Massing Harris

​Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Jen Massing Harris brings nearly three decades of strategic communications experience to the Collective. As Co-Founder and CMO, she architects the narratives that bridge complex decentralized technologies with tangible market value. Jen is the Founder of Massing PR, LLC, a New England-based marketing strategy firm specializing in high-impact narrative development for emerging technology enterprises.
Her career began in New York City at Spring O’Brien, followed by a tenure as Vice President of PR & Marketing for financial analytics cloud pioneer The BEAST.com. She successfully launched the US operations for Write Image (now Metia) before founding Massing PR in 2002.

Dustin Byington

​Co-Founder, Austin Blockchain Collective & Advisor

Dustin Byington is a serial FinTech entrepreneur with a passion for turning big ideas into infrastructure. He co-founded the Austin Blockchain Collective in 2018, helping to establish Austin as a global hub for Web3 innovation.
Currently, Dustin is the Co-Founder and CEO of IntelliRoom.ai, an AI-powered due diligence platform for institutional investors, and serves as President of the Austin Baseball Commission, leading the effort to bring an MLB expansion team to the city.
Previously, Dustin helped build two "Unicorn" status projects: he was Co-Founder of Tendermint (the consensus algorithm securing $65B+ in assets) and President of Wanchain (a pioneer in blockchain interoperability). He began his career in crisis management at Goldman Sachs.
